HOW ARE PRODUCTS SHIPPED?
Orders placed before 2PM EST will generally be shipped within 2 business days following the order date.* Orders placed after 2PM EST will generally be shipped within 3 business days following the order date. You will be notified via email once your order has shipped. Shipping times can vary based on method chosen and delivery location. We currently do not ship to PO Boxes.
Business days are M-F excluding Federal holidays.
GROUND SHIPPING ON ORDERS (CONTIGUOUS U.S.)
Orders placed by 2PM (Eastern Standard Time) for delivery within the 48 contiguous states, including the District of Columbia, should arrive 10-15 business days after shipping. Please note, orders placed after 2PM (Eastern Standard Time) on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following business day. Saturday, Sunday and holiday delivery is not available. Delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary based upon the carrier as well as the time of year.

The price of shipping is a tiered flat rate, depending on the dollar amount of your order. The calculated amount is the subtotal of your order, before taxes and after discounts. The tiers are as follows:

Longaberger also offers a Platinum Shipping Membership with a cost of $125 per year. This membership entitles the customer to free shipping on all orders placed within the 365 days following purchase. The membership will automatically renew after 365 days but the customer will be notified prior to the upcoming renewal. This membership is not transferable, and a customer must checkout using the same email address used to purchase the membership. You may cancel anytime; canceled memberships will continue to receive free shipping for the remainder of the original term, a pro-rated refund will not be given. The membership can be purchased here.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Most orders will include a return label for your convenience.
Effective Date: June 2020
We will accept returns** only for eligible items purchased through the Longaberger online store that are received back within 10 business days from delivery date for a refund or 30 days from delivery date for an online store credit. Please see list of non-eligible products below. Returns received back after 30 days from delivery date will not be accepted. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable and, except in the case of damaged merchandise, you will be charged a shipping fee for most returns. We do not do exchanges. You may return for a refund or online store credit and place a new order for the item, size and color of your choice.
Once a return arrives at our warehouse, it will take us 7-10 business days to receive, inspect and process. You will be notified via email once your return has been completed.
**Non-Eligible Products for Returns:
- Any items marked “Not Eligible for Return, "Final Sale", “Non-refundable”, “No Returns” or similarly marked on the product description or product page.
You should see a refund post to your credit card account within 2-4 business days. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this refund to your account once they have received the information from us.
Returns, refunds and online store credits may be made at the discretion of Longaberger Licensing, LLC.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY SHIPMENT IS REFUSED/CANNOT BE DELIVERED?
Shipped items that are either refused by the customer or cannot be delivered by the carrier, will be returned to us and the customer will be credited for the product cost and tax, less shipping and handling. Customer will be required to place a new order and will be responsible for any associated shipping charges.
HOW DO I UPDATE MY ACCOUNT INFORMATION?
If you are a returning customer, you can easily update your information by logging into your account. You will find the “My Account” link located in the top of each page. Once you have accessed your account, you can click on the “Account Information” link to update your account information.
