Sarabeth's Kitchen

Sarabeth's award-winning "Legendary Spreadable Fruit", which had its beginning in Sarabeth's and Bill's Manhattan apartment with a few jars being sold to local businesses, is now being made in a 15,000 square foot kitchen in the Bronx, New York and is still being operated by Sarabeth and Bill. Made completely by hand, with hand-cut fruit to avoid bruising and to preserve natural flavor and texture.
