Gothic Green Norman Rockwell Leaf Basket Set with Protector
The geese are heading south, the air is crisp, and the leaves are piled high ready to be ignited: it must be autumn. Norman Rockwell knew all about this season. He painted the scene of the grandfather watching the geese; his grandson ready to set the pile ablaze; and the dog wanting to play in the freshly raked leaves, when the artist and his family lived in West Arlington, Vermont. It appeared in a calendar in 1948. The design and colors of this maple leaf-shaped basket are inspired by Norman Rockwell's illustrative painting, Grandpa and Me: Raking Leaves. Our beautiful Norman Rockwell Series 7 Collection basket is available in four different fall color stains. Each basket has a board bottom and features the official Norman Rockwell burn. Moreover, it comes with a Certificate of Authentication Card to ensure its authenticity. This basket is perfectly sized for serving snacks or displaying as a decorative accent during the fall season.
