Spinach Artichoke Dip

  • 2 cups grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 cups grated Monterey Jack Cheese
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • (1) 14 ounce can artichoke hearts, drained and diced
  • (1) 10 ounce box frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • Fresh ground pepper to taste


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Combine cheeses, mayo, and sour cream in a large bowl until blended
  3. Add artichoke hearts, spinach, garlic, and pepper, mixing well
  4. Place the mixture in a casserole dish and bake, uncovered, for 15-20 minutes or until bubbling
  5. Serve warm & enjoy!
Tips and tricks

I only use 3 cloves of garlic, and this still gets rave reviews!

I usually serve with celery, carrots, and warm pita wedges, but feel free to serve with whatever you like
